Budd Inlet Remodel

This home remodel included transforming the existing attic space into a usable Primary Suite overlooking the beautiful waters of Budd Inlet in Olymia, WA.

In order to access this location we designed a mid-level deck at the interior stair landing to provide this Suite with its own covered outdoor access and sun basking deck.

Moving into the interior of the home, the exisiting space was originally designed without the view in mind, majority of the main level walls were torn down to open the space from the entry to the breath taking view of the water upon entering the home.

The kitchen was provided an entire makeover that includes a walk in Pantry, waterfal countertop, and plenty of space to host for the next gathering! Who wouldn'd want to cook with the view?
